When it is necessary to use or provide the information for other purposes than agreed prior, our company will make sure to get approval before its new use or provision.

When violation, accidents, or incidents are found through our inspections, appropriate measures will be taken immediately, and preventive actions will take place. Our company makes sure to educate our employees and suppliers concerning security.

5 Development and ongoing improvement of our personal information protection management system
In order to abide by the Privacy Policy, Our company's Personal information Protection Management Systems monitors and audits the compliance of the above regulations internally, making sure to identify any violation, accident, incident, or vulnerability, and take appropriate action by the management when necessary. Our company will reflect it in our management strategy and internal regulations, and continuously work to improve the Personal information Protection Management Systems. Regarding improvements, our company will follow the government policies as well as JIS Q 15001.
